To Be Continued

This summer my husband and I flew back to my childhood home in Tacoma, WA. to pack my parents up after 44 years in their home and move them here to DE. to be closer to us.  It was hard leaving the home I grew up in, but my parents just love their new retirement community and home...not to mention the small town life as compared to Tacoma. I wanted to share the layout I made which was inspired by Pinterest. I bought the 5th and Frolic paper by Dear Lizzy just for these pictures. Enjoy! View From Lunch Today

Had lunch with my mom and an old friend, Denise today at Frazier's in Dover, DE. This was the view from the back deck where we dined.  I had the Hawaiian Salad.  Mixed greens with cold fresh crab meat, lobster claws and shrimp with tomato, cucumber, croutons and poppy seed dressing....YUMMO!! Why didn't I photograph that? Because I'm a pig and was hungry! haha

Classy, Sassy, & A Bit Smart-Assy

I love to sew my layouts to add simple interest and texture. I add washi tape on the back to keep the loose ends secure so the stitches won't come undone over time.
